Outside Industrial Sales

Summary:

We are currently seeking a competitive individual to support our growing industrial cleaning business in the Southeastern United States. The ideal applicant would have experience in Industrial Sales/Solutions, and preference will be given to those applicants with industrial cleaning sales experience.

    This territory has an aggressive commission potential combined with an excellent benefits package: health/dental. paid time off, retirement, and vehicle allowance! We offer a competitive commission structure partnered with a solid base salary to provide an income potential of $80K-$100K with a developed market within the North Georgia/Atlanta market.

    • Primary Job duties:

    •  Expand business through routine site visits and relationship development.
    •  Coordinate with other divisions to increase opportunities with sister facilities.
    •  Serve as primary contact with customers.
    • Conduct follow-up service calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
    •  Resolve, directly and in person, any problems that may occur to ensure customer satisfaction; coordinate with operations if needed for possible corrective actions.
    •  Actively participate in safety awareness and policy enforcement on the job site.
    • The ideal candidate should possess:

    •  Experience prospecting for customers and formulating a plan to acquire those accounts.
    •  3-5 years outside sales experience in industrial/manufacturing equipment or services, such as hydroblasting, tank cleaning, vacuum truck services, and spill response.
    •   Knowledge of industrial/manufacturing equipment and processes.
    •  Customer-centric philosophy on sales.
    •  Self-motivating personality, that can be successful with minimal oversight.
    •   Knowledge of value and solutions based selling.

 

     At least one of the following attributes is preferred:
     Established industrial/manufacturing contacts within the assigned area.
     Experience in the industrial cleaning industry.
