Field Technician

Summary

Field Technicians at First Environmental Nationwide are expected to be available around the clock and respond to work calls within 45 minutes. They will be responsible for operating various equipment, such as pumps, vacuum equipment, and hydro-blast equipment. It is their duty to use all tools, materials, and equipment provided by First Environmental correctly. Field Technicians are also accountable for fulfilling assigned customer services while adhering to the regulations and policies outlined in the company handbook, company-sponsored trainings, and local, state, and federal regulations.

 

 

Requirements

  1. Have an acceptable past work history
  2. Pass a complete medical examination
  3. Be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs. repeatedly, and possess the ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift repeatedly.
  4. Pass pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background screening
  5. Have/maintain a valid Class “C” driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record as reviewed by insurance provider.
  6. Possess the ability to understand and demonstrate safety training requirements
  7. Have the ability to work an on-call schedule, with 24/7 availability

Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Field Technicians are to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and report to the office within 45 minutes if receiving a report to work call.
  2. Field Technicians will operate light and heavy equipment including, but not limited to, pumps, vacuum equipment, and hydro-blast equipment.
  3. Field Technicians will ensure the proper use of all First Environmental’s tools, materials, and equipment.
  4. Field Technicians are responsible for completing all assigned customer services while complying with all regulations and policies established within First Environmental company handbook, company sponsored trainings, and all local, state, and federal regulations.

Compensation
