Customer Manager / Industrial Sales Inside

This role will begin with employee scouting and developing new business relationships through inside sales. As experience grows, candidate will be assigned a sales territroy with expectations to market, and develop, business within that territory.
Our Customer Managers are responsible for expanding current business through site visits, cold calls, and relationship development, as well as creating new business from referrals. They will effectively market assigned territories for all First Environmental service lines, and identify opportunities for new business. The successful candidate will create bids/proposals for sought after work in accordance to First Environmental policies/procedures, and facilitate project completion as acting as a liaison between the customer and Operations in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
This position will be both rewarded and recognized for the following:
- Sales Performance Vs. Budget
- Activity Performance Vs. Goal (Face to Face visits, sales calls, etc.)
- Actual Business Performance at Activity Levels (Opportunities Developed, Proposals Closed)
- Sales Activity at specific Key Targets
- 4 Year Degree- Business, Engineering, or Marketing
- Clean MVR/Background
- Ability to travel up to 25% overnight
